Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you upload a bank statement, we receive the PDF file you provide. We extract transaction data from it (dates, descriptions, amounts) using third-party AI services (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude). We do not collect your name, email, or any other identifying information unless you voluntarily provide it during payment.

How long we keep it

Uploaded PDFs are deleted from our storage within 1 hour of extraction (or sooner). Extracted CSV/Excel files are retained for 24 hours, after which they are permanently deleted. Job metadata is retained for up to 7 days for support purposes.

What we share

Your statement content is sent to Google Gemini and/or Anthropic Claude for transaction extraction. Both providers are configured with zero-retention agreements — they do not train on your data and do not retain it after the API call completes.

Payment information is processed entirely by Stripe; we never see your card details. Stripe's privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy

What we do NOT do

• We do not train AI models on your statements.
• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not retain your statements beyond the time needed to process them.
