The Service

Statement Extractor (extractr.app) converts PDF bank and credit-card statements into structured data files (CSV, Excel). The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Accuracy

The service uses AI to extract transaction data. AI is not perfect. Always verify extracted data against your original statement before using it for financial decisions, tax filings, or any other purpose where accuracy matters. We are not liable for errors in extracted data.

Payment

Statements up to 3 pages are processed for free. Statements larger than 3 pages cost $5 per file, charged via Stripe at time of download. We do not store credit card information.

Refunds

If extraction fails or produces obviously broken output, contact hello@extractr.app within 7 days for a refund. We will issue refunds for legitimate failures at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You may only upload statements you have legal right to process. Do not upload statements belonging to other people without their permission. Do not use this service to commit fraud, tax evasion, or any other illegal activity.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page.
